UNIVERSITY OF MAKATI (UMAK) ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

You must pass the UMAK Admission Test (UMAT). Submit the following requirements to get a permit for the UMAT.
Requirements for New High School Graduates or Students Graduating from High School:
1. Form 138 or Form 137
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Two 1.5 x 1.5 colored photos (should be the same photos)
4. Voter's ID or voter's certification of parents (for Makati residents only)
5. Makati Action Center Residency Verification Form from Makati Action Center (MAC) (for Makati
residents)
6. MAC Mag-aaral ng Bayan Certification
7. National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) result
8. Birth certificate
9. Pencil No. 2 (for filling up registration form)
10. Registration fee (30 pesos, might have increased)
11. One long brown envelope
12. One long folder
13. One long mailing envelope with stamp
If you're NOT a resident of Makati, your general weighted high school average grade should be 88% or higher, and you must have no failing grades.
Non-Makati residents are ranked and admitted depending on the number of non-Makati-resident
applicants allowed for the school year.
For those who have graduated from high school in previous years, present a certification from your high school principal, registrar, or guidance counselor that your Form 137 has not been sent to any
other college or university.
High School Grade Requirements for Certain Courses
If you're planning to take up BS in Accountancy, your high school average must be 92% or higher.
Applicants for the following courses must have a high school average of 85% or higher:
BS in Computer Science
BS in Computer Network Administration
BS in Information Technology
BS in Finance
BS in Business Management Major in Supply Management
BS in Civil Engineering
If you're planning to take up Bachelor in Digital Arts Major in Animation, you must also pass the
CEPDA freehand drawing.
For the Bachelor in Integrated Arts Major in Broadcast Arts, you must also pass the CEPDA
interview.

Tuition fee: 10,000 pesos, but 9,000 pesos is paid by the Makati City government, so Token Fee is 1,000 pesos. Token fee is free for scholars.
