EARIST Transfer Requirements

Does EARIST accept transferees?


Yes, but acceptance depends on the availability of slots and on your ability to submit required admission documents and meet academic requirements.

You must not have Failing Grades from your previous school.

Here are the documents you need to submit if you want to transfer to EARIST (Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology):

1. Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades

2. Certification of Good Moral Character

3. Birth Certificate issued by NSO

4. Recommendation from Dean of the College in EARIST where you are applying

5. Recommendation from the Dean or Guidance Counselor of the school where you were

previously enrolled

6. Honorable Dismissal

7. Two 1x1 ID photos

8. Qualified ECAT result

9. Satisfactory result of interview with the EARIST Dean


For High School Graduates, these are the documents that you need for admission:

1. Form 138 (High School Report Card)

2. Certificate of Good Moral Character

3. Certificate of Live Birth (photocopy is accepted)

4. Two 1x1 ID photos

5. Qualified ECAT Result

6. Satisfactory result of interview with the EARIST Dean

Notes:

1. EARIST does not accept applications for a second baccalaureate degree.

2.  You can still take the 2017 ECAT on May 30 or June 1, 2017.

2. Enrolment schedule for first year students for the first semester of the 2017-2018 school year:  May 15 to June 2, 2017

3. Additional Document for all enrollees: Proof of Income of Parents

  - Parents who are employed or self-employed:
       Income Tax Return
       BIR 2316 Income Tax Withheld

  - Parents who are OFWs
      OFW Certificate and OFW Employment Contract

  - Parents who are indigents:
      BIR Certificate of the Exemption from ITR
      Barangay Certificate of Indigency
      Certificate of Indigency from DSWD    

  - Parents who are receiving 4Ps assistance
      4Ps ID with Household Number
      Certificate of being 4Ps beneficiaries from DSWD
